Sync Samsung Health to Google Fit with the "Health Sync" app. In Watchmaker Health setting choose Google Fit On Phone for the step count. Adjust your step goal. In the Watchmaker settings ON THE WATCH Choose phone as the step count.

for step rings tap on the Ring layer in Edit Watch, scroll down to Angle Current and adjust your goal.
