Tap center to show rotating bezel. Tap bezel triangle to set or reset.

Tap 3 to set bright level 7 levels.

Tap 10th second dial to start or pause stopwatch.

Double tap 10th second dial to reset stopwatch.

Tap Lap to see lap time.

The watch or cell icon will flash red if below 20 percent.

The heart icon will flash if above 180.
