Inspired by the Sinn 756 Duochronograph "Diapal".

Tap 10 to pick color, center to accept.

Tap 9 to unlock the UTC, then center to advance hand.

Upper subdial Stopwatch Start/Stop, Reset on lower subdial.

Tap 3 for battery level from seconds hand.

Green and red dots around lower subdial mark battery levels for watch green and phone red, 10=100, 12=0.

Tizen Internal calls for Timer and Chrono at 4 and 8.

v2.3 addresses minor dim display issues and adds dimmed battery level.
