Setup: Due to bugs, I cant use tag complications, so instead you need to long press on your watch

go into wm settings - Complications - default complications - Auto build Complications - and select the last option to only use complications where there is placement for them. Then, go back one step and customize the complications.

Three complications are used: 2,3 & 4

For complication 2 : Google fit distance

For complication 3 : Google fit calories

For complication 4 : Google Fit weekly goals or maybe heartpoints or whatever fits in there. Dont use steps as the face already pulls steps from Google fit.

Press App = App drawer

Press Color = Change color

Press 10 & 2 = Chrono operation
