Tap 12 for Menu.

Use menu to set goal, brightness, window shade mode, watch alarm or watch timer.

In Window Shade mode OPR is only 4.6, normal mode is 8.6 - 98 depending on color.

Tap Right Phone to advance layers. Tap left Watch to go back a layer. Tap counter number to increase.

Tap Reset to set to 0.

Layer 3 is todays weather.

Layer 4 is tomorrows forcast.

Layer 5 is a countdown timer. 120 minutes max.

Tap 1 up to increase 1 minute.

Tap 10 up to increase 10 minutes.

Tap Reset to set minutes to 0.

Tap Start to start the countdown.

Double Tap Start to stop countdown.
