Intermittent Fasting Window Tracking
A watchface to track your hours and minutes you are fasting or hours you have your window open. The lower set of digits close to the center of the watchface has two controls just to the left and just to the right. Click to the right to reset. Click to the left to start the number of hours fasting or window open. Initially when you click on the left, it will look like the count-up isnt working, but that is because I have seconds hidden. So after a minute, you will see it say 00:01 and so on.
