GMT hand is set to 24 hour time. tap the 10 and 2 oclock to shift the GMT bezel left and right to represent different time zones. tap the 9 oclock to change the bezel color theme. auto lume after sundown. tap 6 for options defaults to auto. if the triangle is at the 12 oclock position, the GMT arrow will point to the 24hr value of local time. if the timezone you want to track is four hours ahead, tap the 10 oclock four times. now the GMT arrow shows the 24hr time in that zone.
