Its all about the globe. There are two modes of operation. Either the face of the globe shown is where the sun is currently overhead or by touching the centre of the watch you can flip between the other mode where the globe rotates once per second. The hour digits change green to red to show battery level and the "moon" also acts as a rotational indicator of battery level. Touching bottom left/right allows the globe to be stepped one at a time.
