Mod on the beautiful "Military" watch created by sweborn. Added UTC hand tap center.
Moved Stopwatch functions Start/Stop, Reset to 4 and 8 positions for clarity. Substituted milliseconds for hours on Stopwatch. Changed analog stopwatch rotation to minutes, more useful IMHO.
v 1.4 new hands.
