Press center spinning wheel to hide watch hands for 10 seconds.

Press to Bicycle Icon to start Stopwatch app.

Press date to start Calendar.

Press battery symbol near the clock number 8 location to dim or brighten. Otherwise, automatic dim will occur between 10pm and 6am, 2300 - 0600, each day. Dim feature turned on saves battery.

Heart rate displayed in lower left.
