Recently, my neighbor had an absolutely amazing experience with the Emirates Airlines New York Office and she was raving about the wonderful treatment she had. One exceptional employee took the time to explain all of her options, made it easy for her to change her flight schedule, and even made sure her frequent flyer information was uploaded correctly so she could accrue miles.
