Just a quick note about 'rim markers' on my watch faces. I now do 2 versions of each face, 1 with rim markers and one without. The idea of the rim markers is that the larger block on the rim stays on the hour mark and the smaller one moves with the minutes. This way, if you have slightly bad eyes, aren't wearing your glasses and can't quite see the numbers, you can still tell pretty accurately what the time is by looking for the blocks on the rim.
