Reverse, the name Filastin is on the right, vertically. Since Arabic is read right to left, that means this inscription is read from bottom to top. The obverse apparently has an early name for Jerusalem in the same vertical position on the right-iliya-from the name Hadrian gave it, Aelia Capitolina after his own name, Aelius. See Text.
