Tap Top sub dial to cycle dials BGs.

Tap Left sub dial to cycle LCD time modes. First tap parks hands. Modes are - 24 hr, 12 hr, UTC, TZ1, TZ2, TZ3, Stopwatch and Battery. In Stopwatch mode tap between 7 and 8 area to start/stop and between 4 and 5 area to reset.

Tap mini right LCD panel to cycle modes - Date and Temp, Hi and Lo temp and Steps Count.

Tap between 10 and 11 area to cycle minute hand colors, 5 total.

Tap between 1 and 2 area to cycle accent colors, 5 total.

Tap Bottom sub dial to cycle dim modes. Default is On Normal.

Seconds hand is Watch battery level on dim.
