Bali is the only Hindu majority island-90%, 2024 pop. 4.4 million--in Indonesia, the worlds largest Muslim country. The Balinese Zodiac combines the annual Oriental-Chinese Zodiac with a Bali-ized Arabic 7 day week, the yellow lettered words below starting with Minggu Sunday, Senin Tuesday, etc. and the native Balinese 5 day week in red letters Kliwon, Wage, Pon, Legi and Pahing.
