Tap 3 area to cycle heart rate on/off.

Tap between 1 and 2 area to park hands.

Tap between 9 and 10 area to cycle upper panel modes.

Tap between 8 and 9 area to cycle lower panel modes.

In stop watch mode tap between 7 and 8 to start/stop and tap between 4 and 5 to reset.

Tap Center for dim mode menu. Tap Color text to cycle dim mode color. Tap Mode text to cycle dim modes Normal, Always On, Auto Always On, Auto Always Plus and Off. Tap X to close.
