Reservoir X Popeye Cricket

The dial shows a painted Popeye character holding a cricket bat in his right hand and pointing to the retrograde minutes via his animated left arm. Behind him is a cricket field with white numerals for minutes. A jump hour window sits at 6 oclock and a detailed retrograde minute track spans the outermost perimeter.
